This collection of frequently asked questions (FAQ) provides brief answers to many common questions about Badr Tactical products. As we continue to grow we'll continue to update our FAQ to reflect our customers most common inquiries. For specific questions, click here and let us know what you are thinking!
We build off from thermoform plastic. Depending on the product the thickness will vary; 0.080/0.093/0.125.
P1 texture is our standard texture although you may find different textures from time to time depending on product item. We may offer other options in the future. If it doesn't have a specific texture labeled, its usually P1.
We offer any available color on the market that we are able to secure. We do not offer true custom colors at this time. If there is a color that is available and we don't offer it, please contact us.
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping partner. The volume of issues encountered with UPS/FedEx with lost or delayed packages has been a consistent issue.
Badr Tactical products are guaranteed for life. If it ever needs repair, we'll repair it. If it can't be repaired, we'll replace it. Our Lifetime Warranty only applies to Badr Tactical branded items. Retail items come with the manufacturer warranty. Any modifications made to Badr Tactical products by persons not authorized by Badr Tactical to do so will render the Badr Tactical warranty void. This warranty does not cover intentional damage to the product. Intentional damage judgement is at Badr Tactical discretion. Product warranty requests must be made by purchaser with proof of receipt.
We accept returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date on non Badr Tactical purchased items. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original undamaged and unopened packaging. Returns are not accepted if these criteria are not met. Custom orders are not eligible for return. Custom orders are only eligible for warranty service.
All order change requests must be made by email. The email address listed on the order is the only acceptable method of order change request. Orders will not be changed by phone. Written proof of the order change request must be recieved prior to any change to an order.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given on any custom orders that have already gone into production. Order cancellation requests must be made by email. The email listed on the order is the only acceptable method of cancellation. We will not cancel orders by phone. We must have written proof of the cancellation request. In the event of an allowed order cancellation after production begins, Badr Tactical total amount invested in manufacturing of the order will be charged.
We accept PayPal or credit/debit at this time.

Any new, unused item in its original packaging purchased can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Used or Damaged items or incorrect packaging will not be accepted for return. Custom orders may only be returned for warranty reasons and will be repaired or replaced at Badr Tactical discretion. Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
Contact us and we’ll make arrangements to get you the correct order. We’ll cover the cost of shipping the wrong order back to us.
