Black, nonreflective, quick-release snap shackle made of stainless steel by Fusion. Release mechanism has a flattened pin tail to prevent activation if O-ring failure occurs. O-ring is locked with a weld point to prevent passage of tether. 

Quick-release shackle uses hook tape to secure the release tab in place to lessen the chance of inadvertent release.  Built with 1" mil-spec tubular nylon webbing. Each snap shackle rated strength: 4046 lbf. (18kN).
