Designed for securing Chemlight, Ammo, or Batteries for easy access and storage while on the move. Keepers are looped with 1.5" elastic webbing. Loops are anchored to 1.75" mil-spec webbing that are secured by 1.5" hook tape that runs the entire down side. To use, cut to desired length. Burn cut end to prevent fraying and apply firmly to loop tape at desired location on apparel or gear.
